Gresham football player recovering from concussion | Parents & kids

PORTLAND, Ore. – A Gresham High School football player is recovering from a concussion after he took a hard hit in a game at McNary High School Friday night.

Ethan Hamilton is now in fair condition at OHSU, officials said. He collided with a McNary player during Friday night’s game and vomited when he went to the bench.

Hamilton was rushed to a Salem hospital, where officials said a CT scan showed swelling on his brain.

He was later moved to OHSU in Portland.
