KATU on the scene as search warrant served on Mill City horse breeder | Crime

KATU reporter Thom Jensen is out in Mill City to file a story on a horse breeder who was served a warrant by the Linn County Sheriff's Department for animal neglect.

There are about 70 horses, along with mules, donkeys and mini-horses that were living in unhealthy conditions. Some of the animals were coughing quite badly and some were even eating their own manure.
